The ESRF, the European Synchrotron, is an international science facility based in Grenoble, France. Within the HR Service, your versatile role will cover personnel administration and payroll activities.
Your missions will be the following:
Prepare employment contracts and employee individual files
Contribute to the administrative aspects of employee onboarding (compulsory declarations, administrative formalities for foreign employees, etc)
Provide administrative support and advice to employees, in particular to newcomers
Prepare documents related to personnel administration (employment certificates, contract amendments, etc)
Enter and update data in the HR databases
Contribute to payroll operations
Produce reports, lists and statistics
PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Academic degree validated by at least 120 ECTS (Bachelor, BTS, DUT or equivalent) in Administration, Accounting or Human Resources
3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
Good command of Excel, Word and Powerpoint, and familiar with other computing tools
Knowledge of French labour law would be an asset
Rigour, predilection for figures, confidentiality, team spirit
A good level in English and French is required (English is the working language at the ESRF)
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your quality of life and your installation in the Grenoble area when relocation is needed. The annual gross salary will be within the range 25-31 k€ and additional allowances may apply (expatriation allowance, etc).
