About The Role

We are now looking for an experienced SharePoint Systems Administrator to manage technical and logistical support for SharePoint and Project Online application. You will also be the technical lead for supporting SharePoint and Project Online infrastructure and develop the environment to meet business needs.

Further responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical expertise, operational support, and configuration for Microsoft SharePoint and Project Online system including fault diagnosis and resolution.
  • Acting as the professional technology expert contact between Diamond and third-party consultants.
  • Managing access and permissions for SharePoint and Project online including Office 365 related set-up.
  • Managing the implementation and development of SharePoint and Project online in the cloud including access model, capacity planning and security.
  • Planning, testing, scheduling and communicating software updates and implementation.
  • Managing a change control process to propose, consider, prioritise, and apply agreed improvements to SharePoint and Project online.
  • Training end users in functional use of SharePoint and Project Online services and support its ongoing needs including resolving IT related issues.

 About You

You should be educated to Degree Level or have a combination of education and commensurate work experience.

You will demonstrate recent experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project online and SharePoint administration.

You will also have experience with:

  • Microsoft Windows 10 up to latest.
  • Microsoft Office 2016 up to latest.
  • PC Desktop & Laptop support.
  • Basic Networking.
  • Mac and/or Linux knowledge/support.

You will have a proactive approach with good organisation skills, and excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
