Take your skills to the next level by joining this advanced course focused on developing Python scripts and plugins in Avizo.
You’ll work on real case studies and learn how to:
- Automate workflows across multiple images
- Convert Avizo objects into NumPy arrays (and vice versa)
- Extend Avizo’s capabilities using powerful Python tools such as SimpleITK
- Develop your own custom plugin
The training is divided into two parts:
- Day 1: Python scripting in Avizo
- Day 2: Development of Avizo Python modules
On the final afternoon, participants are encouraged to practise on their own datasets with guidance from the trainers.
Course fees
Each 2-day, in-person course costs:
- £400 + VAT for academics, students, postdocs, and government attendees
- £800 + VAT for industry attendees
